The paper "Improving Gig Worker Performance and Retention on Staffing Platforms" by Prof. Agnes Bäker and Prof. Martin Natter was recognized by the Organizational Behavior Special Interest Group.
The award was announced during the EURAM 2022 annual conference in Winterthur, Switzerland.
